Yusef Dowud Doughtry, 45 of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Yusef Doughtry was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, on September 9, 1980. He was raised in a loving Christian home. He was preceded in death by his brother, Damion Doughtry, grandparents, Genava and Sherman Doughtry, his special aunt and uncle, Susie and Elder Charlie Woods.

He attended Volusia County Public Schools and worked as a cement finisher for Woods Concrete. His hobbies were riding his bike, shopping, cooking, laughing, and spending quality time with family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother and father, Seveena and Johnny Wilson; his son, Yusef Doughtry Jr.; five grandchildren; two brothers, Corey Doughtry and Joseph Doughtry (LaShawanda); Godson, Mario Yusef Brown; and one sister, Mary Woods; and a host of nieces and nephews.
