Samuel Charles Broxton was born on February 13, 1941, in Caryville, Florida (Washington County). He was the eleventh of twelve children born to the union of the late Lemon Choice Broxton, Sr., and the late Mattie Gibson Broxton. Samuel Charles Broxton passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the age of 83.

Samuel attended Public Schools in Washington County, Florida. His work history included Drywall Hanging Specialist, Custodian and Security Guard at Daytona State College. His hobbies included fishing, singing, dancing, working on cars, and much more.

Samuel held many titles, a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Father, Grandfather, Cousin and Friend to many. He leaves many family members and friends to cherish his memory.
