Deedria Sheritta McDuffie 72, of Daytona Beach, Florida peacefully answered the Lord's call on October 25, 2024.

Deedria Sheritta Wright was born November 17, 1951, to Albert and Lillie Wright in Duluth, Georgia.  After moving to Daytona Beach at a young age, she attended Campbell Elementary, Campbell Junior and Campbell Senior High, graduating with the esteemed last class in 1969.  Deedria had a giving heart, working in sales, entrepreneur, customer service and education as a paraprofessional in Brevard County Florida and Dougherty County Georgia before a long illness ended her career.

Deedria leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Lillie Pearl Wright of Daytona Beach, Florida; son Alex Smith, Jr. of Houston, Texas; daughter Krysti (Andrew) Eggert of Omaha, Nebraska; sisters: Jackye (Ronald) Hudson of Vero Beach, Florida, Zelma (George) McKinney of Murrieta, California,  Emory (Sheryl) Thomas of Sanford Florida, Cynthia Williams of Daytona Beach, Florida and Ronald “Greg” Wright of Houston, Texas;  5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Deedria was preceded in death by her father Albert Wright, husband Eugene McDuffie, and siblings Gloria Moody and Harold Thomas
